First, we went to the people who are throwing away the food and we asked them to donate the food, instead of dumping it.
Second, we went to the people who can use the food and convinced them to receive free food instead of paying for it.
Third, we got a vehicle and manpower to transport the food from the people who are throwing it away and brought it to the people who can use it.
